Hodler Asset Management is a Budapest-based private equity firm focused on the broadly defined agri-food sector across Central and Eastern Europe. With nearly two decades of experience, we are committed to transforming regional businesses into competitive, future-ready market leaders.
Since its inception, Hodler Asset Management has completed numerous investments through both proprietary capital and private equity funds, primarily across Hungary, Romania, and Serbia. We currently manage two private equity funds with total committed capital of EUR 160 million and 9 active investments.
Our investment strategy focuses on the Central and Eastern European agri-food sector — a region undergoing fundamental transformation driven by fragmented markets, limited horizontal consolidation, and generational succession challenges. We believe these structural dynamics create unique opportunities for corporate consolidation, targeted value chain development, and technological modernization.
